Business Development Executive

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Pitch web design and digital marketing services to potential clients. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable service packages. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with internal teams. Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with clients. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Maintain CRM records and daily reporting of sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required Skills

6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or client acquisition (preferably in web/digital field). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Confident, persuasive, and able to handle client meetings independently. Basic understanding of digital services like websites, SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Good to Have

Experience dealing with clients from UAE or international markets. Familiarity with CRM tools.
