LOCATION - Trivandrum/Kollam
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's services to hospitals, clinics, and individual patients. The BDE plays a key role in increasing brand awareness and achieving branch-level and company-wide revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, doctors, and corporate tie-ups.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
Convert leads into clients by presenting Arden Health Care's service offerings.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Act as a single point of contact between the clients and the operations team.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.
Identify gaps and suggest strategies to improve services and client engagement.
Promotions & Campaigns:
Organize promotional activities like health camps, awareness programs, and tie-ups with local institutions.
Distribute marketing materials and ensure brand visibility in the assigned area.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain daily reports on visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and closures.
Submit performance reports to the reporting manager weekly/monthly.
Branch Coordination:
Coordinate with nursing, HR, operations, and billing teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Support in onboarding new patients and clients by explaining procedures and documentation.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
