Business Development Executives
to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students, explaining our courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide course-related information.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
Follow up with potential leads to maximize conversions.
Maintain records of conversations and update CRM/database.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Experience in
education field
is a plus
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
