B2B Sales Executives

across key cities in Odisha to drive business expansion, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Role Overview



As a

B2B Sales Executive

, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. This is a field-oriented role with a mix of client visits, business presentations, and account management.

Key Responsibilities



Drive

B2B sales

across software, websites, digital marketing, and branding services. Identify new clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business partners. Manage sales in your assigned city as well as nearby territories. Handle

client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations

. Achieve monthly/quarterly

sales and revenue targets

. Ensure

client satisfaction

through effective account management and issue resolution. Conduct

field visits

for prospecting, lead nurturing, and relationship building. Maintain accurate and updated sales records in

CRM systems

. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills



GRADUATE OR MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Development)

with minimum

1 year of experience in B2B sales

. Proven track record in

software, digital marketing, or IT sales

preferred. Strong

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling field sales independently. Ability to manage multiple clients and territories effectively. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
