Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding course inquiries
Counsel students on programs, curriculum, fees, and admission process
Manage follow-ups with prospective students
Maintain and update lead information in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
Provide accurate information and exceptional service to students
Requirements:
Minimum 6 month of experience in Ed-Tech or counselling
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable working in night shift
Must have personal laptop
Minimum qualification: Graduate
