Job Summary:



We are looking for a motivated

Sales Executive

to drive Smart Home Automation sales. This role involves customer interaction, live demos, lead follow-ups, and coordination with site teams. If you are enthusiastic about smart home technology and enjoy interacting with customers, this is the perfect place to build your career.

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales & Customer Engagement



Pitch smart home automation products and solutions to potential customers.

Conduct detailed sales presentations and live demonstrations of devices.

Understand customer needs, budget, and expectations to offer suitable solutions.

Build strong customer relationships and maintain excellent post-sale rapport.

Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and assist customers throughout the sales journey.

2. Lead Management & Follow-Ups



Manage leads efficiently using ERP and CRM tools.

Send quotations, proposals, and ensure timely follow-ups until deal closure.

Maintain records of customer conversations, demo schedules, and follow-up trackers.

3. Demo Visits & Coordination



Schedule and conduct on-site demos without delays.

Provide accurate product guidance and installation-related information.

Coordinate with internal site/installation teams to address customer issues.

Assist with troubleshooting and ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience.

4. Time & Task Management



Plan daily visits, demos, and follow-up activities effectively.

Prioritize leads to maximize conversion rate and productivity.

5. Problem Solving



Address customer queries with correct and clear guidance.

Resolve installation or site-related concerns in coordination with technical teams.

Maintain calm, professional communication while solving customer issues

Required Skills



Communication Skills



Mandatory:

English & Telugu (Fluent speaking and active listening).

Preferred:

Hindi, Tamil & Malayalam (added advantage).

Sales Skills



Strong pitching and presentation abilities.

Effective follow-up and customer handling capabilities.

Customer Handling Skills



Understand customer requirements and build trust.

Provide solutions aligned with budget and needs.

Maintain long-term customer relationships.

CRM & Digital Skills



Proficient in ERP, Excel, Google Sheets.

Maintain follow-ups sheets & ERP.

Time Management Skills



Efficient scheduling of visits, demos, and follow-ups.

Ability to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.

Educational Qualifications



MBA /BBA in Sales & Marketing or Engineering with interest in Sales / IoT / Smart Home Technology

Preference will be given to female candidates.
