Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA preferred).
1-2 years of experience in business development/admissions/corporate outreach.

Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will drive admissions growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the brand presence of the business school. This role involves engaging with students, parents, colleges, and corporate partners to generate quality leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Acquisition & Lead Conversion
Identify, nurture, and convert leads for various programs (UG/PG/PGDM/MBA/etc.).
Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and counselling sessions.
Maintain high conversion ratios through personalized engagement.
2. Outreach & Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with school/college principals, coaching centres, training institutes, and career counsellors.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations in colleges and schools.
Represent the institute at education fairs, career expos, and corporate events.
3. Corporate & Institutional Engagement
Initiate partnerships with corporates for placements, internships, and academic collaborations.
Drive MoUs for training programs, FDPs, guest lectures, and campus engagements.
4. Marketing & Branding Support
Work with the marketing team to execute BTL/ATL campaigns, digital promotions, and lead-gen activities.
Help create content for brochures, social media, and outreach communication.
Gather market insights, competitor activities, and student expectations.
5. Reporting & Administration
Maintain CRM entries, lead trackers, and daily activity reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Support the admissions team during counselling days, admission drives, and orientation events.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Persuasive counselling and negotiation ability.
Field-ready with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable with targets.
Knowledge of the education/training/ed-tech sector (preferred).
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead-to-admission conversion rate.
Number of school/college/corporate visits.
Active partnerships and MoUs created.
Student footfalls, counselling sessions, and enrolment targets achieved.
