Key Responsibilities



Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide solutions Support onboarding and post-sales engagement to enhance the customer experience Help maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to resolve customer queries Track and report customer feedback to improve services and product offerings Participate in campaign planning and execution for customer engagement Conduct market and competitor research as needed Contribute to sales outreach activities, including lead generation and cold calling

Requirements



A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer interaction and relationship-building Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team
