Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote our interior design services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and clients.
Strategically plan and execute activities to reach potential customers.
Generate high-quality leads and ensure timely follow-up for conversion.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to present project concepts effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Conduct regular visits to active construction sites, interact with owners, site engineers, supervisors, and security personnel to gather client and architect details.
Drive revenue growth and support the company's overall business development goals.
Key Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
1-2 years of experience in business development or sales (interior design or real estate experience is an advantage).
Ability to work independently, manage field work, and achieve targets.
Good understanding of the local market and customer preferences.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
