We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

with at least 2 years of experience in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Generate leads through research, outreach, and networking Identify potential clients and pitch relevant IT services Understand client needs and prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Qualifications & Skills



Minimum

2 years of BD experience in IT Services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in lead generation and sales pipeline management Excellent negotiation and presentation ability Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology trends Ability to work independently and meet targets Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,048.53 - ?44,352.46 per month
