Uniservice is growing fast, and we're looking for a young, dynamic Business Development Executive to drive new business and build strong client relationships. You'll work closely with leadership, explore new markets, and help shape innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through research, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Pitch services, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
Meet sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams.
Attend industry events and promote the brand.
Requirements
2+ years' experience in Real Estate & Facility Managment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
