Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients interested in buying or investing in real estate projects.
Generate and nurture leads through field visits, calls, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
Conduct site visits with clients and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
.
2-3 years
of experience in
real estate sales, property consulting, or business development
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Location:Mysore
Salary:
?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (plus incentives)
