About the Role:
We're looking for passionate, performance-driven individuals to join
OBAOL Supreme
, a tech-powered and trust-driven trading ecosystem for India's agro market.
As a
Business Development Associate
, you'll play a key role in connecting with verified agro professionals, building strong relationships, and driving growth in India's emerging digital agro trade network.
Responsibilities:
Connect with verified buyers, sellers, and traders to expand OBAOL's trusted network.
Understand client needs and present relevant trade solutions.
Collaborate with Relationship Partners (RPs) to support deal closures.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and performance outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in
agriculture, export/import, or logistics
.
Excellent
negotiation
and
relationship-building
skills.
Goal-oriented
mindset with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Understanding of
commodity trading processes
is a plus.
