About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team at
Synclovis
. In this role, you will own the
entire sales cycle
- from lead generation to deal closure - and play a key part in building strong client relationships while driving IT staffing and services growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads and
close B2B IT staffing deals
.
Pitch and position
pre-vetted technical talent
(Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) to client companies.
Drive
outbound sales
through LinkedIn, emails, and calls.
Build and maintain
long-term consultative relationships
with decision-makers and hiring managers.
Understand client requirements, propose
tailored staffing solutions
, and negotiate contracts.
Explore and generate opportunities for
outsourced IT project services
in addition to staffing.
Collaborate with
internal delivery teams
to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Maintain a
structured sales pipeline
and update CRM with activities and progress.
Key Requirements:
1-4 years
of proven
B2B IT sales / staff augmentation experience
(domestic market).
Strong understanding of
technology roles
and IT staffing business models.
Demonstrated ability in
consultative sales, client handling, and revenue generation
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
