Responsibilities:
? Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers with the aim of generating leads and closing sales.
? Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
? Following up on leads and inquiries through email, phone, and WhatsApp to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
? Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer
satisfaction and retention.
? Providing product or service information, pricing details, and quotes to interested customers.
? Collaborating with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
? Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales
transactions in the CRM system.
? Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.
? Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
? Contributing to team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to continually improve sales techniques and performance.
Qualifications for the BDE position include:
? Proven experience in sales (preferably in the Ed- tech industry).
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
? Strong understanding of Ed -tech industry training concepts and trends.
? Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
? Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
