Job Title: Telemarketing Executive - Real Estate (Plot Sales)

Experience: 0.6- 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote residential/commercial plot sales. Explain project details, offers, and investment benefits over the phone. Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team. Maintain customer database and follow up regularly. Work closely with the sales team to achieve lead conversion and sales targets. Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in Kannada & English (Hindi/Telugu/Tamil will be an added advantage). Confidence and persuasive speaking ability. Good listening skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to meet daily/weekly calling targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM preferred).
Qualifications:

PUC / Diploma / Graduate in any stream. Prior telemarketing / telesales experience preferred but not mandatory.
