Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and generate new business leads for dedicated desks, private offices, and managed office solutions for teams of all sizes.

Pipeline Management:

Conduct sales pitches and facility tours to prospective clients, effectively communicating the unique benefits of our co-working environments.

Client Acquisition:

Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal to contract negotiation and closing deals, to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Relationship Management:

Understand the unique needs of potential clients and provide tailored workspace solutions, building long-term relationships that encourage retention and referrals.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets related to occupancy rates and revenue.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to ensure Think Tank remains a competitive leader in the flexible workspace market.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and with the operations team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

Networking and Events:

Represent Think Tank at industry events, networking forums, and broker meetings to generate brand awareness and cultivate new partnerships.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal status within the company's CRM system.
Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 2-4 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the co-working, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services industries. A track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for building rapport with a diverse range of clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
