Role Highlights:

First point of contact for incoming client leads Explain tailored health programs and guide clients to relevant experts Schedule consultations and follow-ups Track leads, manage conversions, and collaborate across teams Work in a dynamic, startup-style environment

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills (clarity, empathy, confidence) Phone/inside sales experience Interest in wellness, proactive medicine or health-tech Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis Comfort with fast-paced workflows 3-4 years of experience preferred (motivated freshers are also welcome)
