Identify and acquire new customers for gold loans.
Promote company products and services through direct marketing, field visits, and customer interactions.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets set by management.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitors.
Coordinate with branch staff and management to ensure smooth business operations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in
sales/business development
, preferably in gold loans, NBFCs, or banking sector (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to do field work.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer handling.
