Business Development Executive
with a focus on
Real Estate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate market, an ability to build strong relationships, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, including real estate investors, developers, property managers, and other key stakeholders.
Develop and present property investment opportunities to clients, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of each offering.
Lead negotiations and close deals on property sales, leasing agreements, and other real estate transactions.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their real estate needs and propose tailored solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics and competitor analysis.
Strong organizational and time- management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite ( Word ,Excel, Powerpoint)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
