Position Overview



We are seeking a

dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our growing team in

Bangalore

. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and counseling students to enroll in our specialized training programs.

Key Responsibilities



Client Acquisition:

Convert prospects into clients by presenting and selling relevant courses tailored to individual needs.

Counseling:

Guide prospective students in understanding the value of our programs.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and students.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, enrollments, and revenue goals.

Market Research:

Track industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Consultative Sales:

Understand client needs through consultations and recommend suitable training programs.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM.

Post-Sales Support:

Provide ongoing support and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree

in Pharma, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).

1-6 years of experience

in Inside Sales (EdTech preferred).

Fluency in at least one South Indian language

(mandatory); additional language proficiency is a plus. Strong

verbal & written communication

, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of

achieving sales targets

. Experience with

CRM systems

. Ability to provide

tailored client solutions

and resolve concerns effectively.
