Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads in the solar EPC ecosystem
Build and manage strong relationships with installers, developers, and contractors
Present and promote technical solutions tailored to client needs
Track market trends and contribute to strategic planning
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
Represent the company at trade shows, forums, and industry events
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales (solar/construction sector preferred)
Freshers with relevant academic exposure and interest in renewable energy are welcome
Familiar with CAD, MS Office, and CRM tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
Self-driven and target-focused, with strategic thinking capabilities
