Build a strong database of prospects and maintain CRM records.
2. Client Engagement and Consultation
Contact and connect with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Understand student requirements (career goals, financial capability, preferred course, location).
Suggest suitable UG/PG programs and institutions based on their preferences.
3. Sales and Conversion
Explain course details, admission processes, fee structures, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Overcome objections and handle queries professionally.
Follow up regularly to ensure timely application submission and enrollment.
Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
Ensure smooth communication between the student and the institution.
Provide post-admission support if required.
5. Market Research and Strategy
Keep track of competitor offerings, admission cycles, and industry trends.
Suggest improvements in sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Identify new markets and opportunities for course promotion.
6. Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for the management on sales performance and pipeline.
Ensure compliance with company policies and admission guidelines.
7. Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation activities.
Work closely with academic counselors to ensure accurate information is shared with prospects.
