Job Summary:



As a Business Development Executive at Panache Interiors, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall marketing and outreach efforts. You will be the face of the company for prospective clients and must effectively communicate Panache's design and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, site visits, industry events). Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities. Present Panache's portfolio of interior and civil design services to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients. Prepare and deliver effective business proposals and quotations in coordination with the design and estimation team. Follow up with clients throughout the sales pipeline to ensure closures and client satisfaction. Maintain a CRM/database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the interiors, architecture, or construction industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and align them with service offerings. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persuasive. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.

Preferred Qualities:



Passion for interior design and aesthetics. Local market knowledge and existing industry network. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
