Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with 2-4 years of experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or related B2B domains. In this role, you will represent Paywize to prospective clients, drive revenue growth, manage office operations efficiently, and contribute to overall organisational success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Pitch Paywize's payment solutions to prospective clients and close deals effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and key stakeholders.
Represent Paywize professionally in client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Manage daily office operations, including coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth functioning.
Assist management with scheduling, documentation, and operational follow-ups as required.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM with leads, prospects, and opportunity pipelines.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless merchant activation.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for business growth.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in business development, office operations, or sales, preferably in payments, fintech, SaaS, banking, or digital solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage office operations efficiently alongside business development responsibilities.
Proficient in MS Office, documentation, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
