Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition & Prospecting

: Conduct in-depth market research and leverage your network to identify and target potential clients across key sectors (Automotive, Industrial Automation, Medical & Healthcare, etc.), driving new business opportunities.

Market & Trend Analysis

: Stay up to date with market trends and customer needs, providing actionable insights to shape our business development strategies.

Client Outreach & Setting Appointments:

Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods. Schedule meetings to discuss business collaboration opportunities, introduce our services to potential clients.

Qualifying & Nurturing Leads:

Qualify your outbound leads, assess their needs, and move them through the sales funnel to get project requirements.

Request for Quotes (RFQs) & Information (RFIs

): Engage with customers to gather RFQs and RFIs and ensure alignment with their requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales/marketing, delivery) to tailor solutions that meet client specifications and deliver value.

Strategy Development:

Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and insights that enhance business development strategies and client engagement efforts.

Goal Setting and Target Achievement:

Create clear and measurable goals and targets for yourself, and consistently work towards achieving success in your role.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

: Regularly monitor and report your business development activities and outcomes, providing consistent updates on progress (daily, weekly, or monthly) to your supervisor.

Requirements:



B.Tech degree in [relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, etc.] Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Product Engineering or Software Services industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
