We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth for our IT services, cybersecurity solutions, digital marketing services, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) offerings.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
Research and approach potential clients across various industries.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Engagement & Sales
Explain company products and services to potential customers clearly and effectively.
Conduct online/offline meetings, presentations, and demos.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and pricing based on requirements.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction and support after sales.
Market & Competitor Research
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Recommend growth strategies based on customer feedback and market demand.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain records of interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve service offerings.
Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of IT services, software, cybersecurity, digital marketing (preferred).
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
