Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth through outbound calls to farmers for B2B and B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to farmers to promote Krishidhan Agro\'s products and services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with farmers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Handle objections and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the agricultural industry or a related field.
