Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through online research, cold calling, networking, and attending events.
Client Interaction:
Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and procurement heads to understand their IT needs.
Product Pitching:
Present and promote IT services such as web/app development, cloud services, cybersecurity, automation, etc.
Relationship Building:
Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and consistent support.
Sales Pipeline:
Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, follow-ups, and deal status.
Proposal & Negotiation:
Prepare proposals, handle pricing discussions, and close deals.
Market Insights:
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
1-3 years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions
Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and email marketing platforms
