Overview : We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join the Sales and Marketing team of a growing organization into Media and Advertisement industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients for our Audiowala platform, with a strong focus on corporate accounts, media agencies, and brand communication professionals. The candidate should be confident in handling the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to closing deals and ensuring collections. Candidates with strong communication skills, relationship- building abilities, and a passion for sales will thrive in this role. Job Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Source and onboard new clients for the Audiowala platform, targeting corporate clients and media agencies. Sales Lifecycle Management: Handle the complete sales process right from initial outreach and meetings to deal closure and follow-ups. Presentations & Proposals: Create and present compelling business proposals to clients, focusing on audio advertising and upselling opportunities such as activations and digital marketing. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising/publicity heads and corporate communication teams. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Lead Management: Generate, nurture, and convert leads into business opportunities. Maintain a healthy sales funnel. Collections: Ensure timely payments and follow-up with clients for outstanding dues. Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in business development or media sales preferred. Fresher's are with relevant education background are welcome. Education: BBA / MBA / Any Graduate. Languages: Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is essential. Technical Skills: Comfortable working with CRM tools, email, MS Office, and digital proposal presentations. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Process Orientation: Ability to follow internal systems and processes to ensure smooth operations.
