Business Development Executive

who can actively acquire international clients and help scale our global presence.

This role is focused on outbound client acquisition, relationship building, and closing deals with overseas businesses.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and connect with potential international clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other platforms Pitch company services including digital marketing, web development, SEO, paid ads, and custom IT solutions Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients Maintain CRM records and report sales progress regularly Stay updated with global market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-3 years experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (IT or digital agency preferred) Experience dealing with international clients is mandatory Strong spoken and written English communication skills Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and virtual meetings Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, and IT services Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar Familiarity with CRM tools Understanding of international business etiquette and time zones
