About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with solid experience in B2B Sales, preferably in IT Enterprise Solutions, Data Center Sales, or IT Infrastructure Services. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving growth in the Solar Rooftop and IT Services segment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client requirements and offer customized IT or solar solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams for project execution.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales (IT or Data Center Sales preferred).
Proven track record in lead generation and business development.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel to the Thane office at least 3 times a week.
Knowledge of the local area market (MIDC) preferred.
Self-motivated and result-driven.
