Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (website, SEO, digital marketing, software services)
Schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales team
Maintain and update leads in CRM/Excel with proper follow-ups
Prepare basic proposals/quotations with guidance
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and updates
Requirements
Graduate/PG preferred (MBA is a plus)
0-3 years experience in inside sales/tele-sales/business development (IT services preferred)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable with cold calling and regular follow-ups
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn
Skills (Good to Have)
Familiarity with CRM tools (any)
Understanding of web development/SEO/digital marketing terms
Experience with LinkedIn outreach
