Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other B2B platforms Identify and engage with potential clients for web, mobile, and eCommerce development services Schedule meetings, give product/service demos, and close deals Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals and estimates Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of IT services and trends Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and Upwork (preferred) Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven
