Role Summary
We are seeking energetic and ambitious freshers to join our Business Development team in the IT sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end sales processes, client management, and market research, while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
Support in pitching IT products/services to potential clients.
Assist in client handling, understanding requirements, and providing suitable solutions.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs.
Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions.
Work with the team to achieve weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT/Computer Science/Business or related field).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Interest in IT sales, technology, and business development.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle client queries with professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (basic level)
