Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our IT Software team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through sales of software products, custom development services, and technology solutions./

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities

in the IT software domain through research, networking, and lead generation.

Build and maintain strong client relationships

with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT heads, procurement teams, etc.).

Understand client requirements

and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored software solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations

, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms

to close deals in alignment with company goals.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights

to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing teams

on lead generation campaigns, content strategy, and event participation.

Maintain accurate records

of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

Represent the company

at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in

B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition

in the IT / Software industry. Strong understanding of

software development life cycle (SDLC)

and

IT services

(web, mobile, cloud, SaaS, enterprise solutions). Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation

skills. Proven ability to

generate leads

, build relationships, and

close deals

. Experience with

CRM tools

(HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and

Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
