Business Development Executive / Manager - IT Sales
Pay: ₹30,000- ₹40,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development professional to join our IT sales team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for IT products, services, or solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and new clients.
Research and identify potential customers in IT, enterprise, and SME segments.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead gen ? proposal ? closure).
Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams for smooth execution.
Keep track of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/Marketing (MBA preferred).
1-2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT services or products.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of IT solutions (software development, SaaS, cloud, ERP, managed services, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and client handling skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
