Business Development Executives (Sales Executive / IT Sales)
ThinQ24 Innovations Pvt Ltd is looking to hire a smart and passionate salesperson for software sales who can understand the needs and requirements and collaborate with internal team and management to help ensure a smooth sales process.
Job Details:
Location : Chennai, Delhi
Qualification : Any Graduate degree (Certification or degree in business/Marketing/Sales - preferably MBA-Sales & Marketing will be added advantage)
Experience : 0 to 2 years in any customer-facing sales role (IT/software sales experience will be added advantage)
Shift : Day shift
Joining : Immediate - 30 days
What will you be expected to do?
? Good understanding of our HRMS product (Walkzero)
? Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
? Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers through exceptional sales and after-sales experience.
? Identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products for clients.
What does your regular day at thinQ24 look like?
? Generating leads through various sources including google, social media platforms, zoominfo, research, networking, etc
? Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calling and emailing and 1-1 calls, direct visits with potential business owners & professionals.
? Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
? Be responsible to convert trial prospects to customers through enthusiastic customer engagement.
? Own individual targets and work towards generating new revenue.
Do you have these desired skills?
? Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills in English are mandatory.
? Have to be a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
? Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
? Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and CRM tools.
? Interest, curiosity, openness to learning and the right attitude to adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
? Proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
