Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets (US, UK,Europe, Middle East, APAC).
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for IT services such as web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and digital transformation services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business segments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and communication.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business pitches tailored to specific needs.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to refine offerings and improve lead conversion.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle -- from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales coordination.
Represent the company in virtual meetings, networking events, and international conferences (as needed).
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
1- 2 years of experience in IT services or software sales targeting international clients
Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
Strong understanding of IT services, digital products, and current technology trends.
Ability to work independently with a performance-driven approach.
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is an advantage
