Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions (web, software, mobile, etc.). Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, quotations, and presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to ensure smooth project delivery. Attend industry events, networking meets, and client meetings as needed. Maintain CRM and provide regular reports on pipeline, leads, and closures.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience in business development in the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT services (web development, app development, software solutions, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
