Position:- Business Development Executive (IT Industry)
Experience: 1 to 6 Years with Software Company
Location:- Indore (M.P)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Promote and sell company services such as web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and IT consulting.
- Understand client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver compelling product/service presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and project management) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and sales data.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or in similar department. Having a master's degree helps.
- Strong understanding of web development, mobile applications, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and client relationship management.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
