About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to drive market growth. If you enjoy sales, building relationships, and want to work in a fast-paced startup environment, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
Identify and connect with companies in sectors like logistics, healthcare, pharma, education, and retail.
Engage with HR managers, TA leaders, and business owners through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and meetings.
Conduct product demos to showcase solutions that improve hiring and business efficiency.
Build partnerships with staffing agencies, colleges, and training institutes.
Manage leads, track opportunities, and follow up through CRM tools.
Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales
(SaaS, HR-tech, or recruitment services preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English & Hindi
(regional languages are a plus).
Confident in presenting and demoing products to HR/business leaders.
Strong knowledge of Indian business landscape and hiring practices.
Target-driven, resilient, and eager to grow in a startup.
Good to Have
Experience selling to HR or recruitment teams.
Exposure to industries with frontline/blue-collar hiring.
Previous startup experience.
