About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive
to help us grow our client base in IT solutions and Digital Marketing. You'll be responsible for reaching out to leads, building relationships with potential clients, and converting them into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and connect with leads, follow up, and convert them into paying customers
Identify new business opportunities in IT Services & Digital Marketing
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in Business Development or Sales (preferably in IT/Digital Marketing)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting meetings with prospects
Goal-oriented with a self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to explain IT & marketing solutions clearly to non-technical clients
