Job Role: Business Development Executive
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience in IT/Data sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, sales strategy, and account management to expand our client base in the IT and Data domain.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT & Data solutions.
Research target markets and industries to drive lead generation & client outreach.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Create and present business proposals, sales pitches, and demos.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are delivered.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Stay updated with IT/Data industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
1-2 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in IT, Data, or Software Services).
Strong understanding of IT services, Data Analytics, and Digital Solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or B2B lead generation platforms is a plus.
