for clients across the globe.We're now looking for a

motivated and confident Business Development Executive

who can help us build new client relationships and strengthen our presence in the IT consulting ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with potential clients and IT consulting firms through

strategic outreach and relationship development

(via LinkedIn, email, and professional networking). Research target companies, understand their service focus, and identify partnership opportunities. Conduct

introductory discussions

to explore collaboration possibilities in Salesforce and other technology domains. Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities and track interactions using

Excel/Google Sheets

. Coordinate with internal teams (technical and recruitment) to share requirements and ensure smooth collaboration. Support in

proposal preparation, client presentations, and partnership documentation

. Facilitate

interview coordination

between client and candidates, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. Participate in weekly review meetings to discuss progress and new business opportunities.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

. 0-1 years of experience in

IT Services / SaaS / Consulting Business Development

. Strong interest in

Salesforce, Mulesoft, and Cloud-based technologies

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, proactive, and comfortable in client-facing conversations. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with

LinkedIn prospecting

and

Excel(Google Sheets).


What This Role Involves



?

Consultative communication

with IT leaders and business heads (no product pitching). ?

Building partnerships

with consulting firms and staffing partners.

?

Learning global IT sales processes

and client engagement best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
