IT Business Development Executive

to help drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make cold and warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services. Follow up on inquiries and nurture client relationships. Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the

Salesforce ecosystem

(including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.) Understand client needs and present tailored Salesforce solutions that address their business challenges Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft proposals, demos, and presentations Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closure Maintain CRM (e.g., Salesforce) records and generate regular sales reports

Interview Coordination:

Schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Communicate interview details with candidates via calls and emails. Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Strong understanding of Salesforce products, ecosystem, and value proposition Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and LinkedIn

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in IT sales, focusing on cloud services (Salesforce and Mulesoft preferred). Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their business applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
