Internship Overview



We're looking for an enthusiastic

Business Development Executive (Intern)

to join our business growth team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales development, lead generation, and client relationship management within the ever-evolving digital marketing space.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Business Development



Research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Draft proposals, outreach emails, and follow-ups. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Keep CRM and lead data sheets updated. Assist in refining agency profiles and supporting sales initiatives.

HR Support (as needed)



Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Front Office & Admin (as needed)



Handle calls, emails, and day-to-day office coordination. Maintain records and provide administrative support.

Who Can Apply



Recent graduates (preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with B2B sales and digital marketing tools is a plus.
