As a BDE Intern, your primary responsibility will be to
generate and qualify leads
-- students and working professionals who are interested in enrolling in our courses. You'll play a key role in scaling our reach and ensuring our offerings impact more lives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential leads (students, job-seekers, upskillers) via online platforms, forums, social media, etc.
Engage in direct messaging, cold outreach, and follow-ups on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Explain course benefits, features, and USPs to interested candidates.
Maintain and update lead tracking sheets/CRM tools regularly.
Assist in coordinating webinars, info sessions, or demo classes.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine pitch strategies.
Share daily or weekly reports of lead pipeline and conversion metrics.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
Basic knowledge of EdTech, online courses, or student communities is a plus
Prior experience in sales, outreach, or campus ambassador roles (preferred but not mandatory)
