Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online product demos for international clients.
Manage inbound and outbound client calls and emails.
Build and maintain client relationships to generate business opportunities.
Provide basic product information and first-level support.
Maintain proper follow-up and client interaction records.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English with a clear accent.
Experience in international voice process or business development (preferred).
Basic understanding of software or ERP systems.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Willing to work in flexible shifts for international time zones.
