full-time Business Development Executive
position upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Research and identify potential clients across Web3, AI, and tech domains.
Prospect CXO-level profiles via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and professional databases.
Draft and send
40+ personalized connection messages
daily using AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, DeepSeek).
Execute
structured follow-up sequences
(3-10 day cycles).
Make
50+ outbound calls
per day (data provided by the company).
Verify and update prospect information (emails, Telegram IDs, Twitter handles) using
Apollo.io, Reply.io, and ZoomInfo
.
Support the execution of
email and LinkedIn automation sequences
.
2. Project & Operations Support
Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between teams.
Maintain updated task lists using project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
Conduct basic feature or product testing for quality assurance.
Help draft or refine GitBooks and documentation for internal workflows.
3. Executive & Communication Support
Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events for the CEO.
Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on task completion.
Support the CEO with administrative and special project assistance.
4. Content & SEO Coordination
Review, proofread, and optimize blogs, web content, and marketing copies.
Conduct plagiarism checks and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain consistency across platforms.
5. HR & Recruitment Assistance
Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and collect feedback.
Conduct initial screening calls and share reports with the CEO.
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and basic HR operations.
Requirements
Graduate or final-year student (any discipline).
Strong interest in
business development, marketing, and operations
.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM tools.
Highly organized, self-driven, and eager to learn automation and AI tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
